Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using MPM PodStudio Suite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or misuse the platform in ways that disrupt the service or harm other users.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis. Episode allowances reset each billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process, host, and distribute your episodes as you direct.
Cancellation
On cancellation you may export your media and RSS feed so you can migrate to another host without losing your existing episodes or subscribers.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
