What we collect

- •Usage data: episodes created, features used, session duration
- •Recording metadata: duration, format, timestamps
- •Billing information: processed by Stripe. MPM never stores card numbers.
- •Behavioral analytics: publishing frequency, engagement score, upgrade signals
What we do not do
- •We do not sell your personal information
- •We do not use your audio or video content to train AI models
- •We do not share your content with third parties except as required to provide the service
Third-party services
- •Daily.co — WebRTC recording infrastructure
- •Stripe — payment processing and billing
- •OpenAI Whisper — audio transcription
- •Anthropic Claude API — show notes generation
- •Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Google — distribution
Data retention
- •Recordings: retained 12 months after account closure
- •Account data: retained 90 days after account closure
- •Billing records: retained 7 years (legal requirement)
- •Deleted content: removed within 30 days of deletion
Your rights
- •Request a copy of your data
- •Request deletion of your data
- •Correct inaccurate account information
- •Withdraw consent for optional data processing
