We collect account details you provide (name, email, billing information), the audio and content you upload or record, and usage data such as device, browser, and interaction logs needed to operate the platform.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide recording, editing, and distribution services; process payments; deliver support; improve the platform; and communicate important account and service updates.
Your content
Your recordings and source files remain yours. We process them only to provide the production and distribution features you request, and we never sell your content.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers — including Daily.co for live recording and Stripe for billing — who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Data retention
We retain your account and content while your plan is active. On cancellation you can export your media and RSS feed, after which data may be deleted in line with our retention schedule.
