Credits expire 12 months from purchase. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle — unused credits do not carry forward. If you are purchasing credits two months in a row, upgrading your plan is likely more cost-effective.
Refund policy
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable — cancel anytime to stop future billing, with access continuing to the end of the billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except within 7 days of initial purchase if no episodes have been submitted. Duration add-ons are non-refundable once applied to any episode in the current billing cycle.
How usage limits work
We never cut off a recording mid-session. Limits are enforced at the point of submission to the production pipeline.

You see an in-app notification with time remaining. No action required — keep recording.
Exceed duration by less than 20%
Episode accepted normally. Upgrade prompt shown at next login. No interruption to your workflow.

Episode saved in Draft. Cannot be submitted until you purchase a duration add-on or upgrade your plan.
Monthly episode credits reach zero
New recordings can still start but cannot be submitted to the pipeline until you purchase additional credits or your billing cycle resets.
Frequently asked questions
How do episode limits and credits work?+
Each paid plan includes a monthly episode allowance (credits) that resets at the start of your billing cycle. The Free plan includes one 10-minute episode per month. Unused credits do not roll over, and you can upgrade at any time for more.
Can I use the components independently?+
Yes. Studio (recording), Works (editing), and Broadcast (distribution) work together as a pipeline, but you can use each piece on its own — record elsewhere and edit in Works, or bring a finished file straight to Broadcast.
What does non-destructive editing mean?+
Every edit you make in Works is stored as an instruction layered over your original recording — your source audio is never overwritten. You can revert, re-sequence, or re-export at any time without losing the original tracks.
How does the AI handle my content?+
The AI pipeline processes audio for silence removal, noise reduction, EQ, compression, and loudness normalization, and can draft show notes and chapters. Nothing publishes automatically on review-enabled tiers — a processed file is returned for your approval first.
What happens to my RSS feed if I cancel?+
Your show's back catalog stays available while your plan is active. On cancellation you can export your RSS feed and media so you can migrate to another host without losing your existing episodes or subscribers.
Do my guests need to download anything to record with me?+
No. Guests join your recording session from a link in any modern browser — desktop or mobile. No apps, no accounts, no plugins.
